Where do you ship from?

We are based and ship out of our home in Deming, Washington!

Are nails reusable?

Yes! It requires a good removal technique of soaking in a mix of warm water and cuticle oil to gently remove the nails. I recommend taking a file to the back of the press-on to re-buff the press-on to make the next wear adhere well.

How do I know what size I need?

You can look at our sizing guide and go ahead and measure out what sizing works best for your nails, or you can take out the guesswork by purchasing a sizing kit!

How long do the nails stay on?

Wear time will greatly depend on how well the natural nail is prepped before the application, how rough you are on your hands, and the type of adhesive you choose to use. With nail tabs, you can get anywhere from 3-7 days. With nail glue, expect them to stay on from 1-3 weeks.

What if I accidentally bought the wrong size?

Due to these products being handmade, I cannot be held responsible for the wrong size being ordered. I have sizing kits available and a sizing guide to help before purchase. If you are ordering as a gift you have the option to purchase the "Perfect Fit" add on which give you every size.

What comes with my order?

Every order comes with a buffing block, stainless steel cuticle pusher, a wooden orange wood stick, nail file, alcohol wipes, glue, and adhesive tabs. Additional prep sets are available for purchase as well.

Are they durable?

Yes, they are! I purchase nail tips made from gel instead of plastic and use many coats of gel polish to create a hard tip. These nails will give you a salon quality result that will not bend or chip during daily life. I personally wear my sets for about two-three weeks but have had them stay on longer depending on prep work. 

How long does it take my order to be ready?

Orders are currently available 11-20 business days after purchase. Please note, I am a full time healthcare worker, as well as a full time college student going into my nursing program. If you need your order sooner please contact me prior to purchase and add the Rush Order to cart!
